JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR GARG<\/p>\n<p>                         * * *<\/p>\n<p>Present:    Ms. Meenakshi, Advocate for the petitioners.<\/p>\n<p>Rakesh Kumar Garg, J.(Oral)<\/p>\n<p>            This is defendants&#8217; revision petition challenging the impugned<\/p>\n<p>order dated 24.3.2009 whereby application filed by them for rejection of<\/p>\n<p>plaint under Order 7 rule 11 CPC has been dismissed.<\/p>\n<p>            Counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners will take<\/p>\n<p>all the objections regarding the payment of Court fee and maintainability of<\/p>\n<p>the suit etc. in their written statement before the trial Court and therefore,<\/p>\n<p>they wish not to press the present revision petition.<\/p>\n<p>            Undisputedly, the petitioners have not filed written statement<\/p>\n<p>so far.
