East Champaran.\n<\/p>\n<p>   13) Krishna Giri, son of not known, Deed Writer in Registry Office, Are Raj, Ps Gobindganj,<br \/>\n       East Champaran &#8211; Opp. Parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>  2         23.6.2011                  This application has been filed on behalf of the<\/p>\n<p>                           informant who is aggrieved by order, dated 19.3.2008 passed by<\/p>\n<p>                           the Judicial Magistrate Sadar, Motihari in Inquiry Case No.<\/p>\n<p>                           175\/2008, arising out of Complaint Case No. 2391\/2007 by which<\/p>\n<p>                           cognizance was taken for the offences under sections 417, 465 and<\/p>\n<p>                           120B of the Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       Being aggrieved by the order of the Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                           Magistrate, Criminal Revision was filed by the informant which<\/p>\n<p>                           has also been dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to raise the<\/p>\n<p>                           points at the time of framing of the charges that a case is made out<\/p>\n<p>                           under sections 420 and 468 of the Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       Undoubtedly the court which would be framing the<\/p>\n<p>                           charges would consider    the allegation and if a case is made out<\/p>\n<p>                           on the evidence and the facts in the complaint petition, charges<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                       2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>  would be framed accordingly.
