The list<br \/>\n      should be provided in a CD.\n<\/p>\n<p>   \u2022 Please provide me Name and address of all the District Kiosks in Delhi. What are the working<br \/>\n      hours of these District Kiosks?\n<\/p>\n<p>   \u2022 Please provide Name, designation and address of all the Field Key Officers (FKO) in each district.<br \/>\n   \u2022 Please provide me Name, Designation and Address of all the officers who were nominated District<br \/>\n      Key Managers.\n<\/p>\n<p>   \u2022 Please provide me details of Project Office and District Office in Delhi?<br \/>\n   \u2022 What is number of call center?\n<\/p>\n<p>   \u2022 Since all the data related to this scheme is electronic based, why the same has not been provided<br \/>\n      by your departments website under section 4 of RTI Act? Please intimate the date by which the list<br \/>\n      of beneficiaries will be available at your website.<br \/>\n Reply of the Public Information Officer (PIO)<br \/>\nNot enclosed.\n<\/p>\n<p>Grounds for the First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Unsatisfactory information provided by the PIO.\n<\/p>\n<p>Order of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):\n<\/p>\n<p>The appeal had been disposed off.\n<\/p>\n<p>Grounds for the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Unsatisfactory information provided by the PIO and unfair disposal of the appeal by the FAA.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present:\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant: Mr. Dinesh Kaushik<br \/>\nRespondent: Absent;\n<\/p>\n<p>        The appellant states that he has been given a CD giving the list of BPL families who had been<br \/>\nissued RSBY Smart Cards to entitle them to get free treatment from certain facilities. He states that the list<br \/>\nof 7000 persons shows that no father&#8217;s name and addresses are mentioned in about 50% of the cases. The<br \/>\nCommission notes that this information required to be declared suo-moto by public authority under it<br \/>\nobligation under Section 4(1)(b) of the RTI Act. The Commission therefore directs the PIO to ensure that<br \/>\nthis information is displayed on the website of the department before 25 August 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>The Appeal is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The PIO is directed to ensure that the information as described above is displayed on<br \/>\nthe website of the public authority before 25 August 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>The PIO is also directed to email the report along with the url address where the<br \/>\ninformation has been uploaded to rtimonitoring@gmail.com. The Report must include:\n<\/p>\n<p>1. Measures taken to fulfill disclosure obligations under Section 4 including making<br \/>\ninformation available on your official website.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.
