No. 102\/1998 on the file of Sub Court, Kozhikode. The<\/p>\n<p>relied on judgment is in L.A.R. No. 245\/1993. The value fixed<\/p>\n<p>therein has become final        in view of the judgment in<\/p>\n<p>L.A.A. No. 525\/1998.
