FAA ordered, “PlO is therefore directed to supply the correct information of question No.2 to 18 to the
\nappellant by post on 8th of Sep. 2010 as desired y the appellant.”\n<\/p>\n

Respondent : Mr. S. C. Kaushik, Public Information Officer & Coordinator;\n<\/p>\n
        The Respondent has provided the information after the order of the FAA but the following
\ndeficiencies have been noted:\n<\/p>\n
    1-     Query-02: The name and post of the official who issued the order shall be provided.
\n    2-     Query-07: Name of the official and the date on which the letter was given to the dealing
\n           official has to be provided.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
    3-     Query-09: Copy of the letter marked to the officer with the notings will be provided.
\n    4-     Query-10: A copy of the joining letter of the Appellant with any notings on the file will be
\n           provided.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
    5-     Query-12: Name of the official and date on which the applicant’s representation was given to
\n           the dealing officials will be provided.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

 The Appellant wishes to inspect the all the relevant files. The PIO will facilitate an inspection of the
\nrelevant files by the Appellant.\n<\/p>\n
Decision:\n<\/p>\n
The Appeal is allowed.\n<\/p>\n
       The PIO is directed to give the information on -points directed above to the
\nAppellant before 30 January 2011. If any of the information is not available this should be
\nstated.\n<\/p>\n
The PIO will give attested photocopies of records which the appellant wants free of cost
\nupto 50 pages.\n<\/p>\n

\nNotice of this decision be given free of cost to the parties.
