SAHAI)<\/p>\n<p>\tRULE.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn para<br \/>\n2.2 of the memo of petition, financial position of the family of the<br \/>\nrespondent has been mentioned, which is reproduced hereinbelow:\n<\/p>\n<p>\t&#8220;After<br \/>\nhis death, family pension of Rs.4875\/- was granted to \this wife in<br \/>\naccordance with the Rules.
