BHAVADASAN, J\n                     ---------------------------\n                 W.P.(C).No.10670 OF 2010\n                 -----------------------------------\n\n          Dated this the 29th day of March, 2010\n\n\n                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     In this petition the prayer s limited to a direction to the<\/p>\n<p>District Court, Thrissur to take up O.P.174\/06 in the month<\/p>\n<p>of June, 2010 and dispose of it as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n<p>     2.   The petitioner along with others filed O.P.174\/06<\/p>\n<p>before the District Court, Thrissur.          The O.P is one for<\/p>\n<p>framing of scheme for management and administration of a<\/p>\n<p>Club.    The Club is registered under Travancore Cochin<\/p>\n<p>Literary Scientific and Charitable Society&#8217;s Registration Act<\/p>\n<p>1955. Details regarding the Club are narrated in detail in<\/p>\n<p>the petition. It is unnecessary to reiterate those facts for the<\/p>\n<p>present purpose.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(c) No.10670\/10            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      3.     The petitioner pointed out that all steps are<\/p>\n<p>completed and the petition is ripe for trial. According to the<\/p>\n<p>learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>found that pending of suit is inconvenient for the<\/p>\n<p>management of the Club. Therefore, it is prayed that there<\/p>\n<p>may be a direction to dispose of the O.P. as expeditiously as<\/p>\n<p>possible.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      4. In the nature of an order proposed to be passed,<\/p>\n<p>notice to respondents is unnecessary.<\/p>\n<p>      5.     The suit is one for framing of scheme for<\/p>\n<p>management and administration of a club. All the steps are<\/p>\n<p>completed and the petition is ripe for trial.     There is no<\/p>\n<p>reason why the petition should be pending.<\/p>\n<p>      6. In the light of the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>case, there will be a direction to the District Court, Thrissur<\/p>\n<p>to include O.P.174\/06 in the list for the month of June, 2010<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(c) No.10670\/10          3<\/span><\/p>\n<p>and dispose of the same at the earliest at any rate within a<\/p>\n<p>period of six moths from the date of which it is taken up in<\/p>\n<p>June, 2010.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                             P.
