No.1050 of 2011]\n\n11\/ 13.6.2011<\/pre>\n<p>         Instant interlocutory application has been filed on behalf of the sole<br \/>\n                appellant Lalit Singh with a prayer for grant of bail during pendency of this<br \/>\n                appeal on the ground of death of his       mother,       who died on 5.6.2011, in<br \/>\n                support whereof xerox copies of the death certificate issued by the competent<br \/>\n                authority dated 7.6.2011 and the communication of death have been annexed<br \/>\n                (Annexure-1 and Annexure-1\/1) to the interlocutory application.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      Prayer for bail of the appellant was earlier rejected on merit on several<br \/>\n                occasions.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      Learned senior counsel Mr. Mazumdar submits that at least his<br \/>\n                provisional bail may be considered on the death of his mother because he has<br \/>\n                to perform the rituals on the eve of the death as the appellant is the only son<br \/>\n                of the deceased.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      Taking the considered view, the appellant Lalit Singh is directed to be<br \/>\n                released on provisional bail only for two weeks,         on executing bail bond of<br \/>\n                Rs.15,000\/-( Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<br \/>\n                the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Garhwa in Sessions Trial<br \/>\n                No.214 of 2007 with the conditions that one of the bailers of the appellant<br \/>\n                would be the permanent employee of Government or Semi-Government<br \/>\n                Undertakings and another would be his near relative with the direction to<br \/>\n                surrender in the trial court-below on 29 th of June, 2011 and to file a certified<br \/>\n                copy of the order by which he was admitted to surrender in the trial court-<br \/>\n                below soon thereafter.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       I.A.
