Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :22\/10\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                      ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                    ================\n                 W.P.(C) NO. 32448 OF 2010 (E)\n                 =====================\n\n           Dated this the 22nd day of October, 2010\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The prayer sought in this writ petition is to direct that Ext.P3<\/p>\n<p>order issued by the 1st respondent shall be implemented. It is<\/p>\n<p>seen that complaining of non implementation of Ext.P3, petitioner<\/p>\n<p>has already filed Ext.P5 before the 1st respondent. Even on the<\/p>\n<p>representation, there has not been any action, and in these<\/p>\n<p>circumstances, the writ petition is filed.<\/p>\n<p>     In the aforesaid circumstances, I dispose of this writ petition<\/p>\n<p>directing the 1st respondent to take appropriate action on Ext.P5<\/p>\n<p>for the implementation of Ext.P3.
