Justice S.SIRI JAGAN\n\n Dated :04\/03\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                             S.SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                     ==================\n                        W.P.(C).No. 6921 of 2010\n                     ==================\n                 Dated this the 4th day of March, 2010\n                             J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner is a      teacher in an aided school, who was<\/p>\n<p>appointed from 1.6.1998. That appointment is not being approved on<\/p>\n<p>the ground that the claim of the 5th respondent has been overlooked.<\/p>\n<p>According to the petitioner, the 5th respondent is not entitled to be<\/p>\n<p>appointed on 1.6.1998, since he was unauthorizedly absent and was<\/p>\n<p>not in possession of his B.Ed. certificate. In the above circumstances,<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner has filed Ext.P4 revision petition before the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent. The petitioner seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to<\/p>\n<p>consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 expeditiously.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>      3.    In the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider<\/p>\n<p>and pass orders on Ext.P4 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate,<\/p>\n<p>within three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment after affording an opportunity of being heard to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, the manager and the 5th respondent.
