Learned public prosecutor submitted that a crime was<\/p>\n<p>registered under Section 394 IPC by Musiri Police Station in<\/p>\n<p>Trichi, Tamil Nadu. But, as per the instructions, petitioner is not<\/p>\n<p>so far an accused in the crime.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.    This submission is recorded.
