However, the said communication has become subject matter<br \/>\nof challenge in Special Civil Application No.11115\/2011, which is<br \/>\nreported to be pending.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tIn<br \/>\nview of the same, it will not be appropriate to permit the election<br \/>\nprogram to proceed, which, otherwise, would amount to allowing the<br \/>\nillegality to continue. Hence, the entire election proceedings is<br \/>\nordered to be stayed and the respondents are restrained from<br \/>\nproceeding further with the election program.
