The PIO replied.\n<\/p>\n
        With reference to your application under the RTI Act, it is to inform you that the
\ninformation sought by you, relating to this department can be supplied on payment of Rs.
\n122\/- as requisite fee @ Rs. 2\/- per page.\n<\/p>\n
        You may contact Shri S.C. Sharma, AA&C\/RTI, A&C Deptt. (HQ), Room No. 11,
\nProperty Tax Building, Lajpat Nagar-III, New Delhi, with proof of payment of requisite fee.\n<\/p>\n
        However, the application has already been transferred to the respective departments,
\nfor points nos. 16, 17, 18 and 26.\n<\/p>\n
The First Appellate Authority ordered:\n<\/p>\n
The Fist Appellate Authority ordered that ” The appeal was heard in detail. It was discussed
\nthat requisite documents are not available with the Department in any form. However, during
\nthe hearing, it was revealed that the requisite documents relates to Completion Certificate file
\nof HUDCO (Guest House) bearing file no. 69\/CC\/CA\/96 and the said file was seized by the
\nCBI on 20.8.2001 in Case no. RC\/BDI\/CBI\/2001\/E\/2002 by Shri H.C.Sharma, Inspector, CBI
\n at CBI Officer BS&FC, 6th Floor, Yashwant Palace, Chayanakyapuri, New Delhi. The File
\ncontained 81 pages. However the detail of seizure memo was provided to the Appellant.
\nIn view of the above, the appeal stands disposed of.”\n<\/p>\n

\nAppellant: Mr. Devinder Kumar Sharma
\nRespondent: Mr. Shamim Ahmed AE civil PIO
\nThe PIO states that the documents at serial number 17 and 18 are relating to the Building
\ndepartment and are with CBI. The other two documents balance are number 16 and 34.
\nThese are with the Asst. Commissioner MCD Central Zone and with the Deputy Assessor and
\nCollector \/ PIO Central Zone respectively.\n<\/p>\n
Decision:\n<\/p>\n
The Appeal is allowed.\n<\/p>\n
The Asst. Commissioner MCD Central Zone and the Deputy Assessor and Collector \/ PIO
\nCentral Zone are directed to provide the copies of the requisite letter and noting of Jt. A&C
\nmentioned at query 16 and 34 to the appellant free of cost before 10 April 2009.\n<\/p>\n
