Bablu Kumar\n                                          Versus\n                              STATE OF BIHAR &amp; ANR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   15.6.2010             Heard learned counsel for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                 and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           The defence of the petitioner&#8217;s husband in a<\/p>\n<p>                 Police case under Sections 363 and 365\/34 of the<\/p>\n<p>                 Penal Code is that subsequently matrimonial harmony<\/p>\n<p>                 has been revived.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           If the petitioners appear along with the<\/p>\n<p>                 victim girl and pray for regular bail, it is directed to be<\/p>\n<p>                 considered and disposed off on the very date that they<\/p>\n<p>                 surrender keeping in mind that the duty of the Courts<\/p>\n<p>                 is to promote and encourage matrimonial harmony<\/p>\n<p>                 and not to hamper the same by judicial orders.<\/p>\n<p>                           The application stands disposed.<\/p>\n<p>                           Let the order be communicated through FAX<\/p>\n<p>                 to the Court of S.D.J.M, West (Muzaffarpur) in<\/p>\n<p>                 connection with Saraiya Police Station Case No. 334 of<\/p>\n<p>                 2005 at the cost of the petitioners.<\/p>\n<pre>P.
