Claimant produced medical bills as to<\/p>\n<p>P31 for a sum cf Rs.14,250\/&#8212;. &#8220;me Tribunal_.,i;i_ssVV \u00a7\u00a3&#8217;a\u00abr:ted__<\/p>\n<p>Rs.5,0i30\/&#8212;. No reasons are assigned  <\/p>\n<p>the documentary evidence onsregord \u00e9farthe baianlije &#8220;c\u00a7aiirri~iri\ufb02&#8217;ade<br \/>\nunder the heading &#8220;medicai ex\u00a7ierises&#8221;. &#8216;f%:.erefdre;~;:tiie claimant<br \/>\nis entitled for additiona$1.4_&#8217;dam;i&#8217;ensei\u00a7.Q_s:iof%Rs.\u00a7;2Sb\/-&#8216; under the<\/p>\n<p>heading &#8220;medical Aexpensesfi&#8217;.   i<\/p>\n<p>3.  of disiocation of right<br \/>\nelbow as-dislsrajsid&#8217;i:::;;\u00a71ve:&#8217;j:iidh\u00e9 e%.bov.i. The ciaimant was aged 26<br \/>\nyears arid he ii-;va..i:&lt;:iix..&#039;;i&quot;&#039;t.rea.trrient for about one month. In the<\/p>\n<p>circumstarfcesd,.fiie&quot;V&#039;r;ei3s:\u00a73eri$ation of Rs.8,0GD\/- under the<\/p>\n<p>.-~.\u00e9_Vheav7-:*i&#039;ii&#039;;&lt;;g:__&quot;ps%n,V&quot;s&#039;uffe;fi&amp;ng and agony&quot; is on lower side and the<\/p>\n<p> t:iVia&#039;imaizt_v4&#039;isierititled for additional compensation sf Rs.5,000\/~<\/p>\n<p>unis? :i5:sieizsada;%<\/p>\n<p> Under the heading &quot;kiss of amenities and<\/p>\n<p>A  sr&#039;imhaf.:g:ipiness&quot; the Tribunal granted a meagye sum of Rs.4,GOE};&#039;-<\/p>\n<p>   _,va.\u00a7td the same is to required to be enhanced to Rs.1G,0G0,\/-.<\/p>\n<p>5.
