                IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA\n                             Cr.Misc. No.2599 of 2011\n                               PREM LAL PASWAN\n                                         Versus\n                              THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n
2   10.3.2011                 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well<\/p>\n
                   as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n
                              Although innocence of the petitioner is emphasized<\/p>\n
                   by his learned counsel but considering this aspect of the<\/p>\n
                   matter that there is specific allegation against the petitioner<\/p>\n
                   that he along with the other co-accused opened fire from<\/p>\n
                   their firearms as a result of which deceased died then and<\/p>\n
                   there, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.<\/p>\n
                              Accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with<\/p>\n
                   Mushrigharari P.S. Case No.71 of 2010 is hereby rejected.<\/p>\n
                              However, the trial of the petitioner be expedited by<\/p>\n
                   the trial court.\n<\/p>\n
