Earlier time was granted to respondents for making necessary compliance and for filing the reply. Today Counsel for respondent wants further time for making necessary compliance.<br \/>\n\t\tBefore proceeding further, this Court considers it proper to grant last opportunity of six weeks to the respondents for complying with directions of this Court before next date, failing which Siyaram Meena, Secretary, concerned department  shall remain present on next date along with relevant record &amp; his written explanation for non-compliance of Court&#8217;s order.
