Justice P.Q.BARKATH ALI\n\n Dated :17\/06\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n         PIUS.C.KURIAKOSE &amp; P.Q.BARKATH ALI, JJ.\n                      ------------------------\n                     L.A.A.No.633 OF 2009\n                      ------------------------\n\n             Dated this the 17th day of June, 2009\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Pius C.Kuriakose, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>      We do not find any ground to admit this appeal, which<\/p>\n<p>pertains to acquisition of land in     Pettah village, pursuant to<\/p>\n<p>Section 4(1) notification dated 4\/2\/1999, for the purpose of<\/p>\n<p>International Airport, Thiruvananthapuram. The land acquisition<\/p>\n<p>officer awarded land value at the rate of Rs.78743\/- per Are,<\/p>\n<p>which was enhanced by the reference court, on the basis of the<\/p>\n<p>evidence ,to Rs.1,50,000\/- per Are. It is fairly conceded by the<\/p>\n<p>learned Government Pleader that this court in identical cases<\/p>\n<p>including L.A.A.
