Parmar for the applicant and learned APP<br \/>\nMs. Krina Kalla for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tFollowing<br \/>\naspects are taken into consideration :-\n<\/p>\n<p>(i)\tAll<br \/>\noffences are Magistrate triable offences.\n<\/p>\n<p>(ii)\tInvestigation<br \/>\nis over and charge-sheet has been filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>(iii)\tThe<br \/>\nother co-accused have already been enlarged on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tTaking<br \/>\ninto consideration the aforesaid prima facie aspects, the applicant<br \/>\nis ordered to be enlarged on regular bail in<br \/>\nconnection with offence registered with Langhnaj Police Station<br \/>\nbearing CR No. I-14 of 2011 on his executing a bond in the sum<br \/>\nof Rs.15,000\/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) with one surety of the<br \/>\nlike amount to the satisfaction of the lower Court and subject to the<br \/>\nconditions that he shall:\n<\/p>\n<p>[a]\tnot<br \/>\ntake undue advantage of his liberty or abuse his liberty;\n<\/p>\n<p>[b]\tnot<br \/>\nact in a manner injurious to the interest of the prosecution;\n<\/p>\n<p>[c]\tmaintain<br \/>\nlaw and order;\n<\/p>\n<p>[d]\tmark<br \/>\nhis presence before the concerned Police Station twice in a month on<br \/>\nevery second and fourth Sunday between 10:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. till<br \/>\ntrial commences;\n<\/p>\n<p>[e]\tnot<br \/>\nleave the State of Gujarat without prior permission of the Sessions<br \/>\nCourt concerned;\n<\/p>\n<p>[f]\tfurnish<br \/>\nthe address of his residence at the time of execution of the bond and<br \/>\nshall not change the residence without prior permission of  this<br \/>\nCourt;\n<\/p>\n<p>[g]\tsurrender<br \/>\nhis passport, if any, to the Lower Court immediately.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\tIf<br \/>\nbreach of any of the above conditions is committed,  the Sessions<br \/>\nJudge concerned will be free to take appropriate action in the<br \/>\nmatter.\n<\/p>\n<p>7.\tBail<br \/>\nbefore the Lower Court having jurisdiction to try the case.\n<\/p>\n<p>8.\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute. Application is disposed of accordingly.
