  an accident as a result the claimant sustained<\/p>\n
0′ “injuries. Hence she \ufb01led a claim petition before MACT,<\/p>\n
Bangalore seeking compensation of ‘<5-4.00.000\/– and

the Tribunal has awarded compensation of Rs.77,300\/–<\/p>\n
with interest at 7.5% pa.\n<\/p>\n

accident, negligence and liabilitgwof the “‘<\/p>\n

is onthe lowerVsi’de”ar1’d therefore it is deserved to be<\/p>\n
  certificate Ex. P 6 the claimant has<\/p>\n
 sustained crush injury to her left forearm. Injuries<\/p>\n
 u\ufb01susftained by her are also evident from discharge<\/p>\n

scone for enhancemerit under this head.<\/p>\n

San3lay_.-Ga’ridhi Hospital, Bangalore. Considering the<\/p>\n

  incidental expenses such as conveyance, nourishment<\/p>\n
  …and attendant charges is on the lower side and I award<\/p>\n

10. The claimant claims to have been earning<\/p>\n
?.4,500\/- by doing tailoring work but the same,:.:is..not<\/p>\n
established. Therefore the Tribunal __  <\/p>\n
assessed her income at 33.000\/\u00bb~  <\/p>\n
$9,000\/\u00bb towards loss of income  <\/p>\n
and it does not call for enhlancementl<\/p>\n
11. Considering the.__pernianentufgcgar onvvlthel forearm,
\nthe disability stated  an amount of
\ndiscomfort  urlhap;isiness’l’f_”thae_:f’claimant has to<\/p>\n
undergo tin  ‘life 15,000\/– is awarded<\/p>\n
towards __l.oss’lof -a_1″ner1iti’es__. — ‘<\/p>\n
l2.V_ _The4″‘claimant”v_is”\u00b0aged about 20 years and the<\/p>\n
  appllcai:>’leV to her age group is 18. The doctor<\/p>\n
   to the whole body. Accordingly future<\/p>\n
loss  works out to 197.200\/\u00ab~ (\u20ac3,000\/– X 15%<\/p>\n
