RAMAN &amp;\n                           C.T.RAVI KUMAR, JJ.\n                         = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n                           W.P.(C) NO. 718\/2009\n                       = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n          DATED THIS, THE 12TH DAY OF JANUARY, 2009.\n\n                              J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>Raman, J.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      This writ petition is filed against an order declining to grant<\/p>\n<p>temporary injunction, passed by the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram.<\/p>\n<p>Withdrawal of any amount from B schedule accounts was sought to be<\/p>\n<p>injuncted which was refused by the court below. Learned counsel appearing<\/p>\n<p>on behalf of the respondent Sri. S.D. Asokan submitted that the amount is<\/p>\n<p>already withdrawn. In the circumstances, even the relief sought for has<\/p>\n<p>become infructuous. We have also found from the order of the court below<\/p>\n<p>that injunction was partly allowed.<\/p>\n<p>      Dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                           P.R.
