The matter arises in the following manner:  \n\nThe case of the petitioner is that ~ \nmrtnemhip firm in the business of   K \npoultry feed and Wheat Flour.  \ufb01x;  \nthe Petitioner has obtained  is  \nre\ufb02stered with the local    \nthe Kaz-me  M2003 and\nother allied pre\\'fi$iens.\"VV_I1\u00a7' i$'  e:3\u00a7;_'. petitioner\nthat it has  \" from one\nwas  Transport to the\n\npremises \u00abef  a copy of which is\n\n _  at  'A'. In the said invoice,\n\n petitioner, it is clearly mentioned that\n\n  gunny bags are damaged, the\n\n is; in gunny bag of 50 kg capacity and\n\n&  instead of 190 bags of 1 quintal wch, 380\n\n ef 50 kgs each are despatched by transport. The\n\n.  V  Vu eonsigunent reached the premises of the petitioner\n\nat 11.30 am. on 12.03.2009.\n\n42\n\n\n\n3. It appears the petitioner had gone \npilgrimage and he received a message on 4' \nthat a Food Inspector has come   K V'\nstock of the wheat in the factoIV;3I.Ve\u00a3.%'_1:ci\nrequested to returri hack.   \nreturned. the wheat would amount to perishable  ” <\/p>\n

seized article satis\ufb01es the requirement of an essential<\/p>\n
\ufb01e<\/p>\n
