 Heomplainants have filed the complaint, She is alleged to<\/p>\n

white coat and collecting money, assuring them<\/p>\n
appointed in VIMS hospital and ultimately <\/p>\n

the amount by making false assur’ancies”<\/p>\n
posing herself as a doctor.\n<\/p>\n
3. Different  -been filed by
\nGandhinagar  Sections 419
\nand 420 of   cases against the
\npetitioner.mIni.:.QplV  peutitioihs, for similar offences,
\ncornplaintsi  and based on which<\/p>\n
charge~sheets’   After charges were framed,<\/p>\n

5. In all these cases, the learned<\/p>\n
recorded the evidence of the complainant   <\/p>\n
witnesses, viz., Raju, cook at GoV\u00bbernmentl’raGu.e’st <\/p>\n
who deposed that the petition_e1*,_visit’e.dl the  <\/p>\n
quite often to take meals    time, she
\nassured to provide  at VIMS
\nHopsital, Bellatfyland \/- to get the
\nsaid job and  shlemposed herself as a
\ndoctor \ufb01stethdscope. Referring to the

l\\\/Eagistrate  ‘opined..Vt}’1a7t there is denial and acceptance<\/p>\n
  and ‘thereby commission of offence under<\/p>\n
 420 of IPC and thereby convicted the<\/p>\n

\nfor more than    been falsely
\nimplicated in   cogent evidence
