Justice P.BHAVADASAN\n\n Dated :01\/07\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n               P.R.RAMAN &amp; P.BHAVADASAN, JJ.\n\n                    -------------------------------\n\n                    W.P.(C) No. 16322 OF 2009\n\n                    -------------------------------\n\n                    Dated this the 1st July, 2009\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>Raman, J.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>              This writ petition is filed seeking    a direction for<\/p>\n<p>police protection to the life and property of the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>              2. In the light of the fact that for the amount due<\/p>\n<p>to the petitioner, he has already approached the Civil Court, and<\/p>\n<p>the very allegation that when he demanded the amount, fifth<\/p>\n<p>respondent is threatening him cannot be accepted.<\/p>\n<p>              3. On the other hand, it is submitted by the fifth<\/p>\n<p>respondent that the amount has been received by the company<\/p>\n<p>and for the same a receipt has also been issued.
