It<\/p>\n<p>                   is submitted that all the relevant papers have been<\/p>\n<p>                   produced pursuant to the order of this Court before the<\/p>\n<p>                   Superintendent of Police. However, those papers have not<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            been examined and sent to the Investigating Officer.<\/p>\n<p>                       Mr.    Shyam      Kishore        Sharma,   learned<\/p>\n<p>            Government Advocate No. 3 submits that the matter is<\/p>\n<p>            under examination.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       Considering the submissions of the parties, let<\/p>\n<p>            no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner till 21st<\/p>\n<p>            of February 2011 in connection with L.N.M.U. P.S. Case<\/p>\n<p>            Nos. 126 of 2010 and 150 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       The order dated 21.12.2010 passed in Cr.W.J.C<\/p>\n<p>            No. 1310 of 2010 is modified to the above extent.<\/p>\n<p>                       It will be open for the petitioner to produce the<\/p>\n<p>            same material before the Investigating Officer as well for<\/p>\n<p>            expeditious consideration.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       The Cr. Misc No. 2584 of 2010 stands disposed<\/p>\n<p>            of.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       Let this order be communicated to the Chief<\/p>\n<p>            Judicial   Magistrate,   Darbhanga     in    connection   with<\/p>\n<p>            L.N.M.U.
