No.104<\/p>\n<p>of 1999 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Kozhikode.   Acquisition is<\/p>\n<p>for Indian Institute of Management.   On merits it is seen that the relied on<\/p>\n<p>judgment, Ext.A1,  has  become final  since  there  is  no  appeal.      Therefore,<\/p>\n<p>this appeal is dismissed.  I.A.
