Case no. 88 of 2009 corresponding to G.R. No. 2988 of 2009 for<br \/>\n          the alleged offences under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 477(A) of<br \/>\n          the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       Though the petitioners have not been named in the First<br \/>\n          Information Report, it is submitted that they have subsequently been added as<br \/>\n          accused persons in this case.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       Learned counsel for the petitioners has pointed out that in the facts<br \/>\n          of this case, other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.<br \/>\n          1139 of 2011 vide order dated 9.5.2011 and A.B.A. No. 7 of 2010 vide order<br \/>\n          dated 24.2.2010 by this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       In the facts of this case particularly in view of the fact that the<br \/>\n          petitioners are not named in the First Information Report and the other co-<br \/>\n          accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail, I am inclined to grant<br \/>\n          anticipatory bail to the petitioners, Subal Chandra @ Subal Ch. Laik and<br \/>\n          Nirapada Gorai. Accordingly, it is directed that in the event of their<br \/>\n          surrender\/arrest, the petitioners, named above, shall be released on bail, on<br \/>\n          furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the<br \/>\n          like amount each, to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad, in<br \/>\n          connection with Baliapur P.S. Case No. 88 of 2009 corresponding to G.R. No.<br \/>\n          2988 of 2009, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the<br \/>\n          Code of Criminal Procedure.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                               ( H.
