The   petitioner   faces   allegations<\/p>\n<p>under the Kerala Abkari Act.   The petitioner was allegedly found to<\/p>\n<p>be   in   possession   of   4.7   litres   of   I.M.F.L   on   17\/2\/2008.     He   was<\/p>\n<p>arrested and continues in custody from that date.  He has no history<\/p>\n<p>of any criminal antecedents, submits the learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.     The learned counsel for the petitioner prays, the learned<\/p>\n<p>Public   Prosecutor   does   not   oppose   the   said   prayer   and   I   am<\/p>\n<p>satisfied that regular bail can be granted to the petitioner subject to<\/p>\n<p>appropriate conditions.\n<\/p>\n<p>       3.     In the result, this petition is allowed.
