The State Government is paying incentives, additional commission to the small savings\u2019 agents for the business carried on by them in the previous year. Year-wise certificates are to be issued by NSO for collection done by these agents for PPF, postal savings etc. Lot of hardships are being faced by the agents in Mumbai. Till now, certificates have not been issued by Mumbai region since 1999-2000.
