Nisar, resident of Marui, P.S. - Roh, District -\n                                Nawada.\n                                                               -------- Petitioner.\n                                 Versus\nTHE STATE OF BIHAR                                         -------       Opposite\nParty.\n                                  -------\n<\/pre>\n<p>   02.    12.10.2010            Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                       learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                               Petitioner is named accused in this case being<\/p>\n<p>                       husband of the complainant informant carries allegation of<\/p>\n<p>                       demand of dowry, torture etc. intends to resume marital life<\/p>\n<p>                       with the complainant, but still nothing is being paid towards<\/p>\n<p>                       maintenance to the complainant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                       case, in the event filing a petition before the court below<\/p>\n<p>                       with an offer to pay a sum of Rs. 700\/- per month by way<\/p>\n<p>                       of ad interim maintenance to the complainant subject to<\/p>\n<p>                       any order of the competent authority on the point and<\/p>\n<p>                       begin    with   payment,   and    in   the   event    of   his<\/p>\n<p>                       arrest\/surrender before the court below within four weeks<\/p>\n<p>                       of receipt of the copy of this order, petitioner, namely, Md.<\/p>\n<p>                       Naushad, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                       bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two<\/p>\n<p>                       sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          Additional   Chief    Judicial   Magistrate,    Nawada,      in<\/p>\n<p>          connection with Roh P.S.
