Wadhwa, J. (President) <\/p>\n<p>1. No body appears for the petitioner\/complainant though notice was sent by registered post on 11.3.2003. He has sent his written note of submissions. What we find that dispute pertains to the year 1975-77 regarding allotment of land. Complaint was filed in the year 1996. It was dismissed on the ground of delay. Appeal filed by the complainant was also dismissed. We do not find that it is a fit case to exercise our jurisdiction under Section 21 (b) of the Consumer Protection Act.
