No.1798 of 2008\n                         Hindustan Lever Ltd.Now Hindustan Unilever Ltd.\n                                                      Versus\n                                               Prabhakar Prasad\n         For the petitioner: M\/S N.K.Agarwal,Sr.Adv &amp; Jayanta Roy Choudhary\n                       For the opposite party: Mr. Dineshwar Mishra\n                                                    -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>12   3-11-2011                 I.A.No. 6214 of 2011 has been filed on behalf of the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner stating therein that the parties to Money Suit No. 1 of<\/p>\n<p>                     2007 of the court of Subordinate Judge I, Saran, Chapra, have<\/p>\n<p>                     mutually settled their dispute and the terms of settlement have<\/p>\n<p>                     been brought on record by way of Annexure-1 to the Interlocutory<\/p>\n<p>                     application.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               According to the terms of settlement, it appears that the<\/p>\n<p>                     defendant are to pay to the plaintiff a consolidated sum of<\/p>\n<p>                     Rs.1,98,373.00 in full and final settlement of the claim of the<\/p>\n<p>                     plaintiff in the above mentioned suit. After getting the said<\/p>\n<p>                     payment the defendants have agreed to withdraw this Civil<\/p>\n<p>                     Revision No. 1798 of 2008. Further, both the parties have also<\/p>\n<p>                     agreed to file a joint petition in the pending Money Suit for its<\/p>\n<p>                     disposal in accordance with the terms of settlement.<\/p>\n<p>                               The petitioner have paid the amount of Rs.1,98,373.00<\/p>\n<p>                     through cheque no. 390198 dated 19-5-2011 to the opposite party<\/p>\n<p>                     today in court, which the learned counsel appearing on behalf of<\/p>\n<p>                     the opposite party has accepted to be in accordance with the terms<\/p>\n<p>                     of settlement.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               In view of the above facts and as prayed, this revision<\/p>\n<p>                     application is permitted to be withdrawn in accordance with the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      terms of settlement between the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>                Accordingly, this revision application is dismissed as<\/p>\n<p>      withdrawn.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>roy                                       ( V.
