Balachandran, J.\n              -----------------------\n              Crl.M.C.No.2608 of 2005\n              -----------------------\n\n                       ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>    Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>    2. Heard counsel for the petitioner. After<\/p>\n<p>going through the entire records made available<\/p>\n<p>before me, I am not of the view that Annexure-A1<\/p>\n<p>complaint does not make out any offence as alleged<\/p>\n<p>or  that  there   is  sufficient  reason  why   the<\/p>\n<p>proceedings initiated in the court below has to be<\/p>\n<p>quashed, as it cannot be said, on the materials<\/p>\n<p>placed before me, that the complaint is designed to<\/p>\n<p>harass the petitioner or that there is absolutely<\/p>\n<p>no material in the case to enable the case to end<\/p>\n<p>in a conviction of the petitioner\/accused. The<\/p>\n<p>proceedings in C.C.No.119\/04 of the court below is,<\/p>\n<p>hence, not liable to be quashed.\n<\/p>\n<p>    3.
