No.5890 of 2011\n                                     Nand Kishore Pal\n                                           Versus\n                                    The State Of Bihar\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>04   30.06.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                   learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Let a report be called for from Additional Sessions<\/p>\n<p>                   Judge-IV, Bhagalpur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 486<\/p>\n<p>                   of 2010 arising out of Mojahidpur P.S. Case No. 97 of 2009 to<\/p>\n<p>                   this effect as to how much time would be taken by him in<\/p>\n<p>                   disposing of above stated Sessions Trial No 486 of 2010 and<\/p>\n<p>                   furthermore,    the   learned    Additional   Sessions   Judge-IV,<\/p>\n<p>                   Bhagalpur should also report the number of injuries, nature of<\/p>\n<p>                   injuries as well as the part of body of the injured on which the<\/p>\n<p>                   injuries have been inflected to him.
