SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                ------------------------------------\n                  W.P.(C)No.37519 OF 2008\n              ----------------------------------------\n                Dated this the 3rd day of March, 2009\n\n                            JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner retired from the service of the Kerala State<\/p>\n<p>Road Transport Corporation on 30.4.2007. He has filed this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition seeking a direction to the Corporation to disburse the<\/p>\n<p>retirement benefits due to him out of turn for meeting the<\/p>\n<p>expenses in connection with the marriage of his daughter, which<\/p>\n<p>is proposed to be solemnized on 10.5.2009.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I have heard the learned Standing Counsel appearing<\/p>\n<p>for the Corporation also.    The learned Standing Counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>Corporation does not dispute the genuineness of the claim of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Taking into account the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>case, I dispose of this writ petition      with a direction to the<\/p>\n<p>respondents to disburse the DCRG due to the petitioner within<\/p>\n<p>one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment. However, I make it clear that this payment shall not<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(c)No.37519\/08             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>be out of the ten per cent set apart for paying off the<\/p>\n<p>retirement benefits in accordance with the priority of the date<\/p>\n<p>of retirement, but shall be out of other funds of the<\/p>\n<p>Corporation.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     S.
