No.28754 of 2010\n                                  UGRA TARA DEVI\n                                      Versus\n                                  STATE OF BIHAR\n                                      ------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/      24.09.2010               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                     counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Petitioner is mother-in-law though she has also been<\/p>\n<p>                     alleged for causing of cruelty for demand of dowry but specifically<\/p>\n<p>                     that is against husband. He (husband) was paid cash also.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Taking that into consideration, prayer of the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                     allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 In the event of arrest or surrender within one month<\/p>\n<p>                     from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with Arer P.S. Case No. 176 of 2009 above named<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                     10,000\/- (ten thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                     the satisfaction of C.J.M., Madhubani subject to the conditions as<\/p>\n<p>                     laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.
