eviction petition therefore the Revisiogial _j<\/p>\n
set aside the fmding of the   <\/p>\n
ground in the iinpugxed order.\n<\/p>\n
4. Further, it is co\ufb01t\u00e9~::{(1ed- e_’4″tfx’e:’\u00bb\u00abV:R*eVisional Court
\nought to have constxfyted that of a buiiding is

\nconsented   of the building.\n<\/p>\n

 a building on the premises and then let: it out<\/p>\n

H.R.R.P No.2\/2000 is that the has the %’<\/p>\n

 insofar as Section 21(1){I] and setting aside<\/p>\n
 under Section 21(1)(h) ef the Act and partly<\/p>\n

 iffrder of eviction ageinst the m\ufb01 emm with 8. View to<\/p>\n
\ufb01nd out as to whether the $3.56 is made out by  to<\/p>\n
interfere with the concmrent finding of facts on  <\/p>\n
under Section 21(})(c) and 21(l)(f) of the Act and    _  <\/p>\n

irnpugned order is erroneous in law.\n<\/p>\n

respondent landlady  \ufb01ne   he is not a sub-<\/p>\n
tenant and  f\ufb01e”1:};’0t21er~\ufb01:–}aw of Anwar
\nPasha same, Wm Ifsz\ufb01\ufb02\ufb01 aw-2 Ashra\ufb01 Bi from
\nchildhood and   foreman and mechanic in the
\nwftifkshofi  ‘Pasha Sahel). In support of his<\/p>\n
co1ite:1f1t:i&d_1*I,e.   respondent placed reliance on the<\/p>\n
 Ex.R.23, 24 and 25 to Show that he<\/p>\n
 membefef the joint famiiy of Anwar Pasha Saheb. ‘Fhe<\/p>\n

Court e7::_'the:"':;e11fentions issue is that the said agreement is<\/p>\n
 eiiega} aiitglfrzet  the ease of the f1I"St petitioner and the<\/p>\n
  zespeiident. The Tria} Court in justi\ufb01cation ef its<\/p>\n
 the premises in question was sub iet by the<\/p>\n

judment suffers from illegality an\u00e9 Revisiona}.<\/p>\n
