As per the<br \/>\norder made by respondent No.2 without prejudice to the rights and<br \/>\ncontentions and subject to final outcome of the petitions, with a<br \/>\nfurther prayer to respondent No.2 to process the application made by<br \/>\nthe applicant.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHeard<br \/>\nlearned advocate for the applicant and learned Assistant Government<br \/>\nPleaders appearing for the opponents.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tRespondent<br \/>\nNo.2 authority, Collector, Ahmedabad is directed to accept the<br \/>\npremium amount as per order made by respondent No.2 on 3.8.2009;<br \/>\n18.9.2008; 17.9.2008; 3.3.2009 and 7.9.2008, which appears at<br \/>\nAnnexure-A in the main petition, and process the application made by<br \/>\nthe applicant-petitioner in accordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIt<br \/>\nis made clear that the aforesaid payment and the processing of the<br \/>\napplication shall be without prejudice to rights and contentions of<br \/>\nboth the sides and subject to the final outcome of the respective<br \/>\nmain petitions.
