No.37239 of 2011\n                                        Anil Kumar\n                                           Versus\n                                   The State Of Bihar\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   22-11-2011                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                  learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioner is in jail custody since 16-08-<\/p>\n<p>                  2011 in a case registered under Sections-406, 420, 467,<\/p>\n<p>                  468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 43\/66 of<\/p>\n<p>                  I.T. Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              According    to    prosecution     case,   Rs<\/p>\n<p>                  10,50,328\/- were transferred in the account of the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner from Badodara, Gujrat and on the alleged date<\/p>\n<p>                  of occurrence, the petitioner went in the concerned bank<\/p>\n<p>                  and expressed his desire to withdraw the aforesaid<\/p>\n<p>                  amount.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Learned counsel for the petitioner submits<\/p>\n<p>                  that if the petitioner intended to withdraw the aforesaid<\/p>\n<p>                  amount he would have certainly issued a cheque or fill up<\/p>\n<p>                  a pay slip but neither any cheque nor any pay slip was<\/p>\n<p>                  produced by the informant before the police and<\/p>\n<p>                  therefore, aforesaid fact clearly goes to show that the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner never expressed his desire to withdraw the<\/p>\n<p>                  aforesaid amount from his account.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                           Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts<\/p>\n<p>                and circumstances of the case as well as submission of<\/p>\n<p>                the parties, let the petitioner, namely, Anil Kumar be<\/p>\n<p>                released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each<\/p>\n<p>                in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S.
