Nos.20509 &amp; 20539 of 2009\n            ---------------------------------\n           Dated, this the 19th day of August, 2009\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioners, who are teaching and non-teaching staff of<\/p>\n<p>Shreevidyadhiraja    Homoeopathic      Medical   College,   Nemom,<\/p>\n<p>Thiruvananthapuram, are complaining of non-payment of their<\/p>\n<p>salary and other benefits.     By the judgment rendered in WP(C)<\/p>\n<p>No.18437\/2009 dated 19\/08\/2009, this Court has upheld the<\/p>\n<p>appointment of the Drawing and Disbursing Officer.
