Singh, Advocate\n            For the Opp. Party       :      A.P.P.\n                                            -----\n\n02 \/25.07.2011<\/pre>\n<p>     Heard learned counsel for the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   Petitioner is accused in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 120-B,<\/p>\n<p>            448, 380 &amp; 427 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3\/5 of the Explosive Substance Act<\/p>\n<p>            and Section 17(i)(ii) of Criminal Law Amendment Act in connection with Kunda P.S.<\/p>\n<p>            Case No.1 of 2007, corresponding to G.R. Case No.8 of 2007 and S.T. No. 79 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>            which is pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Chatra.<\/p>\n<p>                   According to the fardbeyan the petitioner and his associates, who are<\/p>\n<p>            members of extremists organisation, raided the house of informant and they were in<\/p>\n<p>            search of Dulare Khan who was previously belonging to the same extremists<\/p>\n<p>            organisation. When Dulare Khan was not found, the extremists blew away the house<\/p>\n<p>            by exploding bomb.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   It is submitted that no specific overt act is alleged against the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>            the identification during night is also doubtful. The petitioner has already remained<\/p>\n<p>            in custody for more than one and half years and under such circumstances he may be<\/p>\n<p>            granted bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that<\/p>\n<p>            the petitioner is known leader of extremists organisation and he is involved in a<\/p>\n<p>            number of cases.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner as well as the nature<\/p>\n<p>            of the offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the<\/p>\n<p>            prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.<\/p>\n<p>                                                                        (D.N.
