Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :07\/12\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                      ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n            ```````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n                W.P.(C) No. 36509 of 2010 K\n            ```````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n         Dated this the 7th day of December, 2010\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>           Petitioner is a Society allegedly incorporated for<\/p>\n<p>looking after the rights and welfare of the Tribals of Attappady<\/p>\n<p>in Palakkad district.       According to the petitioner, they are<\/p>\n<p>presently facing the problem of usurpation of tribal property<\/p>\n<p>through illegal means by others. It is stated that complaints<\/p>\n<p>made in this behalf finally led to a Government Order to<\/p>\n<p>survey only one of the villages in Attappady area, which<\/p>\n<p>consists of 6 villages and 187 hamlets. It is stated that the<\/p>\n<p>whole problem of land grabbing can be brought light only if<\/p>\n<p>survey is conducted in all the 6 villages.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   However, from the pleadings, what is noticed is that<\/p>\n<p>despite the case of the petitioner to the above effect,<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has not taken up the issue before the Government<\/p>\n<p>or any one of the authorities. If the petitioner has a case that<\/p>\n<p>the survey ordered is inadequate, the petitioner should take<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C) No.36509\/10<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>up the matter before the District Collector and it is for the<\/p>\n<p>District Collector to take up the matter with the Government<\/p>\n<p>for issuing orders in the nature of Ext.P1.<\/p>\n<p>      Therefore, leaving it open to the petitioner to move the<\/p>\n<p>District Collector, Palakkad, with the grievance highlighted<\/p>\n<p>above, this writ petition is disposed of.<\/p>\n<p>                                                         Sd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      (ANTONY DOMINIC, JUDGE)<br \/>\naks<\/p>\n<p>                            \/\/ True Copy \/\/<\/p>\n<p>                                    P.A.
