Prem Lata\nRespondent :- State Of U.P. &amp; Others\nPetitioner Counsel :- Anoop Mishra\nRespondent Counsel :- C.S.C.\n\nHon'ble Pankaj Mithal,J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>The grievance of the petitioner is that in pursuance to the<br \/>\nadvertisement for Special BTC course 2008 in district Maharajganj<br \/>\nshe had applied and was allotted control no. 5321319 for the<br \/>\npurposes of attending training and the course.\n<\/p>\n<p>Petitioner is an OBC candidate and has obtained 232.05 quality<br \/>\npoint marks for selection whereas the last selection in the said<br \/>\ncategory was made on 228.98 quality point marks. Despite her<br \/>\nselection and allotment of control number she has not been<br \/>\npermitted to attend the training.\n<\/p>\n<p>The grievance of the petitioner can be looked into by the Principal,<br \/>\nDistrict Education and Training Institute, Maharajganj, respondent<br \/>\nno. 4.\n<\/p>\n<p>Learned Standing counsel also submits that the grievance of the<br \/>\npetitioner shall be taken care of by the respondent no. 4 and he has<br \/>\nno objection if he is directed to pass a reasoned order for not<br \/>\npermitting the petitioner to attend the course.\n<\/p>\n<p>In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the<br \/>\nsubmission made, without expressing any opinion on the merits of<br \/>\nthe claim of the petitioner, the writ petition is finally disposed of<br \/>\nwith the consent of the parties with liberty to the petitioner to<br \/>\nmake a representation ventilating her grievance along with<br \/>\ncertified copy of this order before the respondent no.4 within two<br \/>\nweeks from today.
