Respondents\n\n\n        Petition under Article 226  of  the  Constitution  of  India  for  the\nissuance  of  a  Writ  of  Habeas  Corpus to call for the records of the first\nrespondent, Joint Secretary to  Government  of  India,  Ministry  of  Finance,\nDepartment   of  Revenue,  New  Delhi  relating  to  the  detention  order  in\nF.No.673\/25\/2003-CUS.VIII dated 30.09.2003  issued  under  the  provisions  of\nSection  3(1)  of  the  Conservation  of  Foreign  Exchange  and Prevention of\nSmuggling Activities Act, 1974, quash the same and direct the  respondents  to\nproduce the  body  of  the  person  of  the  detenu M.
