Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :28\/07\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                       V.GIRI,J.\n                 -------------------------\n            W.P ( C) No. 1267 of 2005\n                --------------------------\n          Dated this the 28th July, 2008\n\n                  J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Learned      Senior       Government      Pleader<\/p>\n<p>Sri.Nandakumar places before me a copy of the<\/p>\n<p>proceedings of the Deputy Inspector General of<\/p>\n<p>Police, Trissur Range, which shows that the adverse<\/p>\n<p>remarks against the petitioner were subsequently<\/p>\n<p>expunged. His case was re-examined by the DPB<\/p>\n<p>held on 20.2.2006 and he was included in the<\/p>\n<p>supplementary list of Head Constables (GE) fit for<\/p>\n<p>promotion as Asst. Sub Inspector of Police (GE) for<\/p>\n<p>the   year 2003 as Serial No.64(a).        He has been<\/p>\n<p>subsequently promoted also.\n<\/p>\n<p>      In the circumstances, the writ petition has<\/p>\n<p>rendered infructuous.
