Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :11\/11\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                           V.GIRI, J.\n          -------------------------\n                 W.P.(C).No.33121 of 2008\n          -------------------------\n           Dated this the 11th day of November, 2008.\n\n\n                        JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>        The issue raised in this writ petition was<\/p>\n<p>dealt with by me in Ext.P3 judgment, in which it was<\/p>\n<p>mentioned  that   it    is    open    to  the    petitioner  to<\/p>\n<p>approach  the   Board      with      a   representation\/appeal<\/p>\n<p>challenging the order passed by the Deputy Chief<\/p>\n<p>Engineer cancelling his contract.<\/p>\n<p>        2. It seems to be fairly clear that though the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner had approached the Board vide Ext.P4, it<\/p>\n<p>was turned down.    In such circumstances, I cannot find<\/p>\n<p>fault in proceeding to further calling for tenders, as<\/p>\n<p>evidenced by Ext.P5.\n<\/p>\n<p>        3. Nevertheless, taking note of the directions<\/p>\n<p>already issued in Ext.P3, the Board shall pass orders<\/p>\n<p>on Ext.P4 within a period of three weeks from the date<\/p>\n<p>of receipt of a copy of this judgment.            It is open to<\/p>\n<p>the Board to process the tenders received, but final<\/p>\n<p>award of the tender shall be made only after orders<\/p>\n<p>are passed on Ext.P4.\n<\/p>\n<p>        Writ petition is disposed of above.<\/p>\n<p>                                                  Sd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                (V.GIRI)<br \/>\n                                                 JUDGE<br \/>\nsk\/<br \/>\n              \/\/true copy\/\/<\/p>\n<p>                      P.S.
