The  petitioner  has no criminal antecedents.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe above prima facie aspects of the matter as also  looking to the<br \/>\nnature of allegations in the complaint and the sentence provided in<br \/>\nlaw for the offence alleged, the petitioner  is ordered to be<br \/>\nreleased on bail  in connection with<br \/>\nC.R.No.I-233  of 2010  of Isanpur Police Station  on furnishing<br \/>\nbond of Rs.10,000\/- (Rupees ten  thousand only) with one surety of<br \/>\nthe like amount to the satisfaction of the lower Court and on<br \/>\nconditions that he shall :\n<\/p>\n<p>[a]\tnot<br \/>\ntake undue advantage of his liberty or abuse his liberty;\n<\/p>\n<p>[b]\tnot<br \/>\nact in a manner injurious to the interest of the prosecution;\n<\/p>\n<p>[c]\tmaintain<br \/>\nlaw and order;\n<\/p>\n<p>[d]\tmark<br \/>\nhis presence before the concerned  Police Station on every 1st<br \/>\nand 15th day of English Calender month between  11.00 a.m.<br \/>\nAnd 2 p.m .\n<\/p>\n<p>[e]\tnot<br \/>\nleave the State of Gujarat without prior permission of the Sessions<br \/>\n\tJudge concerned;\n<\/p>\n<p>[f]\tfurnish<br \/>\nthe address of his residence at the time of execution of the \tbond<br \/>\nand shall not change the residence without prior permission of  this<br \/>\nCourt;\n<\/p>\n<p>[g]\tsurrender<br \/>\nhis passport, if any, to the Lower Court immediately.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tIf<br \/>\nbreach of any of the above conditions is committed,  the Sessions<br \/>\nJudge concerned will be free  to take appropriate action in the<br \/>\nmatter.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tBail<br \/>\nbefore the Lower Court having jurisdiction to try the case.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tDirect<br \/>\nservice is permitted.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t(Akil<br \/>\nKureshi, J.)<\/p>\n<p>(vjn)<\/p>\n<p>\t\t   \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\t\t   Top<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gujarat High Court Krunal vs State on 15 February, 2011 Author: Akil Kureshi,&amp;Nbsp;
