Priyadarshi, AC to AAG I\n                                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   13.01.2011                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                   State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                It is the case of the petitioner that the lands set out in<\/p>\n<p>                   paragraph 4 (Khata No.46, Plot No.106, area 10 acres, and<\/p>\n<p>                   Khata No.15 Plot No.461 area 21 acres, total area 31 acres<\/p>\n<p>                   situated in village Jhikatia, P.S.Nabinagar, Aurangabad) belong<\/p>\n<p>                   to the petitioner by way of settlement from the ex-landlord,<\/p>\n<p>                   followed by return and opening Jamabandi in his name. It is<\/p>\n<p>                   further the case of the petitioner that those lands have been<\/p>\n<p>                   acquired by the respondents for construction of Nabi Nagar<\/p>\n<p>                   Thermal Power Project. It is the stand of the petitioner that he<\/p>\n<p>                   has not been paid compensation therefor. Learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                   submits that present application may be disposed of in terms of<\/p>\n<p>                   order contained in annexure 6, whereby similarly situated<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioners had moved this Court and the matter was considered<\/p>\n<p>                   and disposed of directing them to approach the respondent-<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>     District Land Acquisition Officer, Aurangabad by filing<\/p>\n<p>     appropriate representation supported by the documents and the<\/p>\n<p>     said authority was directed to consider and dispose of the same<\/p>\n<p>     in accordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<p>                 Learned counsel for the State, on the other hand,<\/p>\n<p>     summits that the lands in question were found to be Gairmazarua<\/p>\n<p>     lands and, as such, petitioner would not be entitled to receive<\/p>\n<p>     compensation therefor. He, however, concedes that identical writ<\/p>\n<p>     petition filed before this Court was disposed of by order dated<\/p>\n<p>     03.11.2009 (Annexure-6) and he shall have no objection if the<\/p>\n<p>     present application is also disposed of in the aforesaid terms.<\/p>\n<p>                 Having considered the submissions made by the<\/p>\n<p>     parties, this Court disposes of this writ application by the<\/p>\n<p>     following order:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>               Let the petitioner file a detailed representation<br \/>\n             supported by documents of title before the respondent-<br \/>\n             District Land Acquisition Officer, Aurangabad within a<br \/>\n             period of four weeks from today together with a copy of<br \/>\n             this order. If such a representation supported by the<br \/>\n             documents is filed before the said authority within the<br \/>\n             aforesaid time, this Court expects that the said authority<br \/>\n             shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance<br \/>\n             with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within<br \/>\n             three months from the date of filing of the<br \/>\n             representation.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>                               ( Kishore K.
