the order,  in appeal No.856 of 2004<\/p>\n

\n  that Rudrappa in fact expired 3. little<\/p>\n

\n that thereafter his son one Nanjundaiah aiso
\n   and it is much subsequent that the petitioners in<\/p>\n
t  ljjtollliision with the daughter-in-laW of said Rudrappa and<\/p>\n
‘tier children have obtained sale deed dated 18.9.2003<\/p>\n

grievance etc.,.\n<\/p>\n
