SHAH\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 03\/09\/2010 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>\tMr.D.G.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tShukla, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the GPSC has<br \/>\n\tsubmitted that as such 55 advertisements have been issued by the<br \/>\n\tGPSC for various posts, out of which so far as 9\/12 posts as per the<br \/>\n\tStatement No.1 are concerned, necessary selection process has been<br \/>\n\tcompleted and recommendations by the GPSC is sent to the Government.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tMr.Shukla,<br \/>\n\tlearned advocate appearing on behalf of the GPSC has further<br \/>\n\tsubmitted that so far as 4 posts, as mentioned in Statement No.2 are<br \/>\n\tconcerned,  interviews are fixed which shall be over on respective<br \/>\n\tdates as mentioned in the said statement. He has submitted that so<br \/>\n\tfar as other 10 posts as mentioned in Statement No.3 are concerned,<br \/>\n\tresult of the preliminary test is awaited  and so far as 2 posts<br \/>\n\ti.e. at Sr.Nos.1 and 5 are concerned, final result on oral interview<br \/>\n\tis awaited. He has further submitted that  so far as those  posts<br \/>\n\tfor which   results of preliminary test have not been declared, the<br \/>\n\tsame shall be declared on or before 30\/9\/2010.
